Questions about plans and billing
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account is paused until you choose a plan: you lose nothing and pick up where you left off. What you created during the trial is kept even if it goes over the limits of the plan you choose.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the plan and usage page in the dashboard. Upgrading turns features on right away; downgrading turns off what the new plan doesn't include, and your data stays.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes: you pay for 10 months and use it for 12.
Is the AI agent included?
On the CRM, Professional and Enterprise plans you can connect an agent, and the demo agent is ready to try. An agent trained on your business or connected to your ERP is quoted after a short discovery.
Are prices in other currencies?
Businesses in Colombia see prices in Colombian pesos on the Spanish pricing page. Everywhere else, plans are priced in US dollars.
